Custom Python & AI Workflow Automation

When off-the-shelf automation tools don’t fit, we build exactly what does

Some workflows are too specific for a drag-and-drop automation platform to handle well. Taolo writes custom Python and integrates AI agents directly into how your business actually operates, safety-gated and tested before any of it touches production.

Worth knowing upfront

This isn’t Zapier or Make with a different logo

Template automation platforms are genuinely good at connecting apps that already have an official integration. They start to struggle the moment your process involves logic those platforms weren’t built for: a legacy system with no API, a decision that depends on several conditions at once, or a report that needs real judgment applied to messy data.

That’s the gap Taolo works in. Custom code means the automation fits your actual process, not the closest template to it. It also means it’s built once, by the same person who supports the environment it runs in, rather than assembled from someone else’s building blocks and left for you to debug alone.

What’s included

Built properly, not bolted together

Custom scripts

These are written for your specific process and systems, not adapted from a generic template that mostly fits.

AI agent integration

AI is applied where it genuinely helps: judgment calls on messy data, document extraction, drafting, not added for its own sake.

Safety-gated deployment

Automation that touches real business data runs inside defined limits, with anything uncertain flagged for a human instead of guessed at.

System integration

It connects to the tools you already use, including older systems with no official plug-in available.

Testing before go-live

Every build is tested against real scenarios, including the awkward edge cases, before it ever runs unsupervised.

Ongoing support

Automation that breaks quietly is worse than no automation. What we build stays covered under monitoring once it’s live.

How it runs

Built and tested before it ever touches your data

01

Scope

We understand the process in detail, including its edge cases.

02

Build

Custom code is written for exactly what you need.

03

Safety-gate

Limits are defined for what runs automatically versus what waits for approval.

04

Test

We test against real scenarios, not just the happy path.

05

Deploy & monitor

It goes live and is watched from day one.

Questions we get asked

Before you request an assessment

Isn’t this basically Zapier or Make?

Those platforms are excellent for connecting apps that already support them. Custom automation is what happens when your process doesn’t fit that shape: a legacy system, a complex decision, or logic specific enough that no template covers it.

How do you make sure automation doesn’t break something important?

Every build goes through safety gating: clear limits on what it’s allowed to do automatically, with anything outside those limits routed to a person rather than executed blind.

Can this integrate with the software we already use?

In most cases, yes, including systems without an official API. We’ll confirm feasibility during the initial scoping conversation.

Got a process that doesn’t fit any template?

That’s usually exactly the kind of thing this is for. Tell us what it involves.
