How long does a migration actually take?
It depends on user count and how much of your environment is still on an on-premise server versus already in the cloud. We’ll give you a real timeline once we’ve seen your environment, not a generic estimate.
Will we lose access to email during the switch?
No. Migrations are staged specifically to avoid downtime. Mail keeps flowing while the underlying move happens.
Do you migrate from Google Workspace too?
Yes. The process is similar in shape, just with different source tooling for mail and file transfer.
What happens to our old on-premise server?
It stays available as a fallback until we’ve confirmed everything works correctly in Microsoft 365, then gets decommissioned as part of the project rather than left running indefinitely.
